What exactly is a master agent?

An agent that knows your whole organisation and works alongside your team. The master agent runs in your own AI Hub and draws on the knowledge in your Second Brain. For recurring work, we add client-specific agents.

How quickly can we go live with a Second Brain?

On average 2 to 4 weeks after the discovery call and the AI advisory report. We always start with an analysis, so your team gets relevant answers from day one.

Is our company data safe?

Yes. European hosting, GDPR compliant, no training on client data. Every client gets a dedicated environment with data encryption and role-based access control.

What does a Second Brain cost?

A one-off setup fee, then a fixed monthly amount. You can cancel any month, with no charge per agent or per user. We go through exact figures in a tailored quote; the 20-minute discovery call is free and without obligation.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You can cancel any month after setup. But the discovery call and advisory report up front make sure there is a good fit before we start.

Do we still need separate ChatGPT or Claude accounts?

No. Your AI Hub includes its own chat environment for every employee, plus the Knowledge Bases with your company documents. If your team already has favourite AI tools, you can connect them to the same Second Brain through MCP.
