AI Hub
The secure environment your team works in every day: chat, agents and live web access, set up for each organisation.

Don’t search, just ask. Answers from your own files, proposals and agreements, always with the source attached.

A Second Brain is the AI-readable core of your organisation: curated company knowledge in Knowledge Bases and Projects. It works via two routes: in your own AI Hub with agents and a free choice of model, or through an MCP connection in the AI you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude. Either way, your team and your AI get answers with sources from the same curated knowledge layer. So it adds to your tools rather than replacing them: built for organisations that already use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot and want more from them than generic answers.
01The problem
That knowledge is scattered: in folders, inboxes and colleagues’ heads. Anyone looking for something starts from scratch every time.
02What AI is missing
Ask ChatGPT whether a client can have a 20 percent discount. You get a generic answer, just like you’d get from a new colleague who was never onboarded.
03The solution
We gather what your company knows, including what colleagues only carry in their heads. Organised, up to date and in one place. We include only information we know is correct.
04The result
Your AI checks your own knowledge first and answers within seconds. The answer follows your agreed rules, and you see exactly where it comes from.
Notice the orange block: it shows your company knowledge, supplied automatically before the model answers.
The client is asking for a 20 percent discount. Can we do that?
Five examples from an ordinary working week. You see each question answered twice: first without a Second Brain, then with one.
Sample files and sample colleagues. No real client names.
Stop digging through folders
Ask your Company Second Brain and get an answer from your own company data, with the source attached. No digging through folders, no interrupting colleagues, no half answers.
That saves the 19% of the working week now spent searching for information (McKinsey Global Institute).
In twenty minutes we’ll show you what that looks like for your organisation.
"A second brain is basically a drive for every AI model. An AI only really works well once it has good context about your company."
Wouter van den Bijgaart, founder of TwoFeetUp
The secure environment your team works in every day: chat, agents and live web access, set up for each organisation.
Knowledge Bases with curated company knowledge in folders, plus Projects: the shared workspace where that brain is put to work.
A master agent that knows your organisation, plus client-specific agents for recurring work. A feature of the platform, not a separate product.
Sanne Cornelissen, author of "Me, Myself & AI", uses her agent every day for her calendar, notes and tasks, by voice and by chat. The video is in Dutch; the transcript is in English.
Sanne Can you tell me what’s in my calendar today?
AI assistant Here’s your schedule for today: video recordings in the studio, followed by lunch with Cora and Ron, and you end the day with an online call about a possible workshop in October.
Sanne Can you make a note of a conversation I just had, and also put in monday.com that I’ll send them the proposal on Friday?
AI assistant You have your calendar for today. The note of your conversation is saved, and the task for Friday is in monday.com. Good luck.
Sanne So, I’ve built my own personal assistant, or actually had it built, and I’m really happy with it. It’s connected to my calendar, to my project management tool monday.com, to my notes. I can set reminders with it and a lot more, so I can talk to it in the car, hands-free of course. But I can also just use it on my laptop or on my phone, because it’s a chat.
Sanne A few examples: I type, say, "Send me a reminder at 11:45 to send that workshop proposal." It sets it up, and at 11:45 I get the reminder, on my phone too. Or I can talk to it, so I can say: "Add a task in monday.com for tomorrow to prepare the interview." Then it processes that and I find it in my project management tool monday.com. Well, isn’t that great. So if you’d like this too, let me know.
AI assistant Good luck with your video recordings later, and with your lunch with Cora and Ron.
The work you don’t see in the chat is what makes the difference.
Not just search: you update knowledge from your desk or your phone, whichever AI model you’re talking to. A knowledge layer across your organisation, not another standalone tool.
Personal projects, shareable with groups, with specific colleagues, or with nobody. You decide who sees what.
More reliable, clearer and more accurate use of AI. Because however good AI gets, it only really works well once it knows you, your company and your way of working.
These aren’t AI problems but knowledge problems, and you solve them with structure. On the left, how it works now; on the right, with a Second Brain in place.
Searching four systems for one answer
One question, an answer with its source
Onboarding new colleagues takes months
New colleagues find the answers themselves from day one
Every AI gives a different answer to the same question
Every AI works from the same up-to-date source
Every document starts from a blank page
Every document builds on the one before
Policy sits in a PDF nobody opens
Who can approve what is right there in the answer
Knowledge walks out the door with the employee
Knowledge stays in the Second Brain
Same people. Same tools. Different context.
In 74 seconds: why companies that organise their knowledge stand out, whichever AI model wins.
Enterprise-grade security as standard, not as an upgrade. Every client gets a fully isolated environment.
You’re not choosing a new system; you’re choosing where your AI gets its knowledge from.
A secure environment where your team and agents work with your knowledge.
Your team keeps working in ChatGPT or Claude; the Second Brain supplies the company context.
Both routes draw on the same Second Brain. Start with the route that fits today; you can always combine them or switch later.
No separate packages or editions: the same brain grows with you. Start with the team keenest to use it, then expand once it works.
Your own projects and notes. Private knowledge that only you and your AI can see.
Shared Knowledge Bases for each team, with review, permissions and a workspace of their own.
A single source of truth for the whole company: curated, up to date and within reach of every colleague and every AI.
Real figures belong with a real plan. We discuss them on a discovery call and set them out in a tailored proposal.
Every Second Brain is set up by Sjoerd Tiemensma (Make.com Level 5, multi-agent systems architect) and Lex Zwakenberg (AI engineer, EU AI Act expert). Client support comes from Leonie Forsman(Operations & Systems Lead).

A Second Brain doesn’t replace ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot; it is the overarching knowledge layer across your AI systems, giving all of them the same curated company knowledge. Organisations that want to use AI tools seriously quickly run into what those tools don’t know about their own work.
A different layer, not a replacement. You keep working in ChatGPT or Claude, but with your own organisation’s knowledge on hand.
Second BrainCopilot shows you what’s already there. A Second Brain first establishes which version is correct and who is responsible for it.
Second BrainYou can build it yourself. This is the honest story of what it takes to keep it working.
