Working at TwoFeetUp

Let’s meet

How we work at TwoFeetUp

On Mondays we meet at a location that varies. We discuss our client work, plan the week and learn about the latest AI developments. On other days you work at home, with clients or wherever the work is.

You have room to decide what needs doing. When your diary is empty, you work out where you can be most useful. And you get 5 to 10% of your time to try new AI technology and our internal tools.

A week in practice

Monday
The team weekly, planning your week and reading up on the latest AI developments. In the afternoon, you make a plan for AI adoption at a client.
Tuesday
In the morning, you lead an AI inspiration session for a prospect. In the afternoon, you join a hackathon we have organised and help with the work on the day.
Wednesday and Thursday
A two-day vibe coding course. Twenty people with different levels of experience, whom we want to see happy at the end of the day.
Friday
Meeting a new client, then working on a proposal in the afternoon.

Every week is different, and your plans regularly change halfway through it.

Your role

Our engineers build Second Brains and AI agents that run in clients’ organisations. The technology rarely causes the hold-up. People worry about their jobs. Teams left the previous tool unused too. A manager is enthusiastic while the rest of the department is not. We have therefore chosen to work with fewer clients over longer periods and go into more depth. We are looking for someone whose profession is managing change. Change management comes first, and you are an AI enthusiast too. Both matter.

What you’ll do

  • Leading adoption programmes

You are the regular point of contact for clients who work with us over longer periods. You map out where resistance comes from, make a plan to bring people along and help AI become part of how they work.

  • Connecting clients and engineers

Our engineers build; our project manager looks after planning and processes. You make sure what they build fits the way people at the client work.

  • Training

AI inspiration sessions, workshops and training, for example in vibe coding or agents and automations. You often run both the first session at a client and the training that follows, giving them one familiar face.

  • Hosting Ask Me Anythings and AI Pitstops

Open sessions where people can bring their AI questions. You lead them and follow up with participants afterwards. This is how most of our good clients find us.

  • Spotting commercial opportunities

You do not have to close deals. But when you are with a client and see more work we could help with, you pick it up with colleagues.

You do not need to be a developer. You do need to understand how a Second Brain or an agent works so that you can explain it. We call that “tech-sponsy”: you soak it up. We will teach you the rest here.

What you bring

  • Experience with change programmes: change management, organisational development, HR or similar work where you got people moving who were initially reluctant
  • You can bring a group along, during training and in a conversation where tensions run high
  • You are enthusiastic about AI: you use it yourself every day and want to know what the next version can do
  • You plan and prioritise independently, without someone keeping your task list for you
  • Fluent Dutch and good English

Good to have

  • You have delivered training or workshops yourself
  • You have worked in an organisation during an AI or digitisation programme and know what went wrong
  • You have built something with no-code or vibe coding, however small
  • Experience in consultancy or client programmes
