AI hackathon

An AI hackathon is a structured session that starts with an inspiring introduction. Participants then get hands-on with AI and build concrete solutions to real problems from their organisation. With TwoFeetUp's guidance, business owners, managers and professionals build working prototypes in under three hours. No technical background is needed.

DurationHalf day to full day
InvestmentFrom €3,000
GroupUp to 20 people per coach

Who is it for?

Management teams, departments and organisations that want to explore AI by doing.

How does it work?

1

Kick-off and inspiration

Live demos of what AI can do. Not what it could do in theory, but what it does right now. Participants see for themselves what is possible.

2

Choosing an idea

Teams pick a real problem from their daily work. No hypothetical cases, but something they'll face again tomorrow.

3

Build session

Guided by TwoFeetUp, teams build a working prototype. The coaches move between teams, help when anyone gets stuck and keep things moving.

4

Mini-pitches

Dragons' Den format: each team presents its prototype to the group. What it does, why it is valuable, and a live demo.

5

Drinks and debrief

An informal close. The energy after a hackathon is always high: teams have built something they can use straight away.

6 working prototypes. Under 3 hours. No coding experience.

During one of our hackathons, 6 teams built working AI prototypes for real problems they face at work. The participants were business owners, managers and professionals, not developers. This is what they built.
