Meetings take time, but the follow-up takes even more. In this workshop participants learn to use AI note-taking to record meetings automatically, summarise them and pull out the action points. The result: an average of 15 minutes saved per meeting, and no more "what did we actually agree on?"

Setting up AI note-taking
Installing and configuring Fireflies.ai (or a similar tool). Connecting it to your calendar and meeting software.
Meeting transcription
How AI transcribes your meetings in real time, recognises speakers and picks out the key points.
Summaries and action points
Generating summaries automatically, extracting action points and assigning them to the right people.
