Block 1: workflow automation
The basic principles of automation. Triggers, actions, filters. Hands-on with Make.com: building your first automation.
Block 2: building AI agents
From chatbot to agent: learn to build an AI agent that carries out tasks on its own. Testing with real scenarios from your work.
