In this workshop participants learn to build AI agents and automate workflows with no-code tools such as Make.com, Zapier and n8n. Over the day, participants take an idea through to a working system and leave with at least one fully working automation that delivers value straight away.

AI agent architecture
What an AI agent is, how it works and when to use one. The progression from chat to Custom GPT to agent to multi-agent systems.
Workflow automation
Hands-on with Make.com (or Zapier/n8n). Participants build a real automation for a process from their own work.
Building AI agents
From concept to working agent: participants build an AI agent that automates a concrete task in their organisation.
Integration and deployment
Connecting the automations and agents you built to existing systems. Testing, refining and going live.
